Item Stays and spawns in the inventory everytime on join!

What I want: I would like a plugin that will spawn a item with a custom name/lore that i can setup in a config, and i say what box in the inventory in the config. and say what item i would like to spawn in the inventory example if i what a compass in the first slot i can put 1 and will make it a custom name/lore it will respawn in the same spot every join. Make it so only deop get it no ops

If the slot has something in it do you want it to overwrite it, or put it in another slot?
