Solved Item Placing Problem with SpoutCraft

I recently just converted from the plain Minecraft launcher to the SpoutCraft launcher. I really like SpoutCraft, and I enjoy the different features and layout changes. Theres only one realllly annoying problem, is that it keeps me from placing a few items on my server, even though I'm an OP. Things like water, lava, fire, MobSpawner and a few more.

I know for a fact that it's SpoutCraft, because I tried placing these items while using the Minecraft launcher, and they worked just fine.

Does anyone know how to fix this so I can place these items but not have to switch back and forth?

 

Only in creative mode right? I can place the items fine in survival mode. These are items that are normally not on the creative menu in regular Minecraft, and CraftBukkit is blocking them from being used in that mode. As long as you give yourself those items with a command, and not the creative menu, you should have no problem placing.
