Item frame grabber

Hello, I would like to see a plugin where you can get items from item frames by right clicking them, like the RedstonePVP plugin.

Permissions:

• itemframegiver.use - Allows the player to get items from the itemframe
• itemframegiver.remove - Allows the player to break/remove the itemframe
• cooldown.bypass - Allows the player to bypass the cooldown defined in the config.yml
• itemframegiver.stack - Allows the player to set the number of items you get when you click the frame.

Features:

• Customizable cooldown message
• Customize the cooldown wait
• Has a cooldown
• Allows you to get stacked items

Commands:

• /stack <number> - Changes the amount of item you get per click.
• /cooldown <time> - Changes the cooldown of when you can click the frame again

 

Yeah i have an plugin but it hasen't cool down that's bad i'm looking for same plugin!
