Plugin Help IslandWorld help menu editing

I would like to change the text that shows up when a player types /island or /is help (Both show the same thing) I have found the files where you can edit this after searching around for a while. In the pictures attached you can see the way I edited the config. I removed everything in the between the 2 '. But when I do that in chat it appears as seen in the other picture. How do I prevent the blank lines? (I am doing this to simplify it for the younger kids that come on and don't wish to read 50 lines of text) Thank you in advance

 

One more time I don't follow. So it would just remove blank lines from chat? (the plugin would?)
