Is this permission available for towny?

Essentially I was curious if there is a certain permission in towny that'll be given to a player once they own a town, because I have a plugin that gives rewards based on playtime and I want to give town blocks based on how long they play etc. though currently it gives them town blocks even without owning a town... kind of.

So yeah I was curious, is there a permission that is given to the player so I can add a permission required to the playtime plugin.
