It appears your plugin - Votifier - is running a little bit slow. It is causing about a half-second of lag. Maybe it is not up-to-date? You can also try reloading the plugin or restarting the server to see if that helps.
Yes I was aware of the votifier issue. Both Votifier and VotifierScripts are fully up to date. That lag has been happening for weeks so a restart will sadly not fix the issue.
