Is there a way to prevent certain items from being used in a certain world?

Like I don't want ender pearls in one world to be used, but I want them to be used in another world. Do I need a special plugin? Thanks

WorldGuard will do what you want. You have to use its Black List feature.

With the WorldGuard Black List feature you can disable an item from being placed, broken, or used in any world.

 

How would I do it with multiple worlds?

 

In the WorldGuard folder there are seperate folders for each world. In there is a blacklist.txt That is where you can make custom blacklists for each world. Instructions are in the blacklist file already.
