Is there a way to become the owner of a project?

    I maintain UberEnchant but the original author has been inactive for the longest time. I've tried multiple times to contact them to no avail. I would like to know if there is a way to somehow become the owner of the project?

    @coltonj96 You could report the project asking for ownership transfer.
