Question Is there a RankUp plugin that can use items to Rankup?

Now as you can see by the title, I'm trying to find a plugin that takes items out of inventory to rank up but it would be better if it could take items and money but I need the plugin to work with PEX please, I have spent ages looking for 1 and could not find any, all I found was CommandRankup but its old and does not work for me, I would love if someone found 1 for me or made 1 for me.

Plugin needed:
1) Rankup plugin

Needed stuff in Plugin:
1) Compatible with PEX groups
2) Can use items to Rankup (and maybe money)
3) Simple /Rankup command
4) Can only Rankup to next rank if on the previous rank (like 1,2,3, you can't Rankup from 1 to 3 but you can Rankup from 1 to 2 or 2 to 3)
5) [Optional] I would like if it had permission nodes for "Current rank" and "Next rank" (like if Iron rank had current rank as "Iron" (so it knows what rank it is) and next rank as "Gold" (so it knows that its next rank is Gold))
