Is there a plugin to make an specific player to take more damage from a item/enchantment/source

My pals are working with a vampire plugin in minecraft 1.12.2, thats ok

But im looking for something to make those vampire players who may have an specific rank to take more damage from Enchantments as Smite or make another kind of damage to come from items or maybe make some proyectiles with the same effect or even making certain things to do more damage (Kinda QRPG like) to affect only those players and not the normal or no-infected ones
