Is there a plugin out there like this?

I wasn't sure on where to put this, but I'm looking for a plugin that has a scoreboard counting each players deaths. And based on their rank, once they reach a certain amount of deaths, they would go to a different multiverse world depending on how many other players they killed.

For example...

A player with the Leader rank would have to die 100 times before being sent to Heaven or Hell (or the end, or the nether).
And if they killed lets say, over 10 to 20 players, they would go to the nether instead. Less than that, they'd be sent to the end.

Someone with a rank lower than the leader would have to be killed 50 times, and someone with a different lower rank would have to die 5 times, etc.

If there is a plugin that can do this, please let me know. XD
