is one logical thread with 4gb ram enough for running bukkit?

    im trying to move out of realms and im currently looking for a host.

    i found a really cheap budget package where i can get 4gb of ram with 1gbit connection rate, but will only provide me with 1 logical thread from a ryzen 5 3600.

    the server is probably only going to run a few basic plugins and datapacks (<5) with 6 players online at the same time, is it going to run fine or is it going to lag? thanks
