Problem/Bug io.netty.AbstractChannel$AnnotatedConnectExeption: Connection timed out: no further information:

my friend and me want to play minecraft on my server but my friend when he try to join the server a message error appear

he tried to uninstall and reinstall Minecraft and java in the fire wall he activate every java (TM) SE binary in private and public but still the same probleme and i tried myself too but he still cant join i need help

 

actually, to fix it u need to forward a port here is a video to help you but for me isn't helping me too much because i can crash my CPU if i do that
