Suggested name: InventoryLimiter

What I want: Simple plugin where you can limit inventory spaces but placing barrier blocks in players' hotbar or inventory that cannot be moved or stored to limit the inventory spaces. This can be used for example to limit how many hotbar slots a player can use. The barrier blocks cannot be moved or moved into chests ect. Only players in creative can move them out or when the player's inventory is cleared, they will be removed. No config is needed.

Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

Ideas for permissions: No permissions needed

When I'd like it by: Any day.
