Inventory Sizes

Is 54 and 27 the only two type of inventories you can create? Tried doing 72 and it bugged out since I hear as long as its dividable by 9.

Also what should I call to make a inventory that is custom like more rows and such? I saw something I could do in the JavaDocs but wanted to hear other peoples opinions before I did that.

MCForger im not sure but it could work cause 27 + 27 = 54 and 54 + 27 = 81 try it

 

I tried testing it with both 81 and 108, and while it technically worked, the GUI was buggy, as it tried to combine the graphic for a chest inventory with a player inventory. I'm not sure if it's possible to create a non-buggy version of this, but I'll keep looking.
