Interesting issue with worldguard and factions

Alrighty, so what I did was /region flag __global__ blocked-cmds /f create AND /region flag __global__ blocked-cmds /f claim
I decided that I was going to allow factions in both worlds, and not block it in just one. So I tried clearing it, and to no avail, it didn't work. PLUS, they can't claim in either worlds now.
The error they get:
"You don't have permission to claim land where you are standing."
Please help me, as this is frustrating, running a faction server.. =(

 

Reset the blocked-cmds flag and set 'ignoreWorldClaiming' in Factions' conf.json for the appropriate worlds

 

How can I reset the blocked-cmds flag?

 

Should be
/rg flag DatRegionName blocked-cmds ""
(two consecutive double-quotes)
