Installing bukkit on minecraft server?

Ive seen many things on how to make a bukkit server, but ive already made a minecraft server(download from the website) and i want to install bukkit on the already existing server with everything there. Ive downloaded craftbukkit and put it in my server folder and nothing happend, what else do i need to do

I use windows 7

 

You don't run the two in parallel, you must replace your minecraft_server.jar (or whatever you chose to call it) with craftbukkit.jar from http://dl.bukkit.org/

Follow the steps i provide to set-up craftbukkit
1. make a folder with craftbukkit.jar and a .bat file(to run the jar)
2. Run it and let it create a world
3. go to server.properties and change the world name to the name on you're minecraft server
4. delete the world that has been made by craftbukkit
5. drag and drop you're minecraft world folder's into the craftbukkit map
6. run the .bat file
7. It should now load you're world from minecraft

so if my server name is War of Empires i change it to that in the properties? How do i delete the world made by craftbukkit? and i put my minecraft server file into the folder i put the craftbukkit.jar file in?
