Infinity + Mending same bow unnerf

What I want: I'd love to make it possible that infinity and mending can be put on the same bow again by the means of enchantment tables and combining bows with bows or bows with books via an anvil.
If anybody would be willing to look into it and maybe make it work, I would really appreciate it
