Increase Java memory.

    I have 12 gb ram 8 core.

    Windows server 32 bit R2 2008.

    -Xincgc -Xmx1G -jar craftbukkit-0.0.1-SNAPSHOT.jar

    won't rasie more than 1G, help please :(

    Change the -xmx1G to higher number. But as you are on 32bit operating system, you probably shouldn't. Your OS can only utilize 2GB of your RAM.
    I would strongly recommend installing 64bit OS, you are effectively wasting 10GB of RAM all the time.
