Lol. Just wanted to make a sugestion. First I read the 2.0 banking note. And it is really what I wanted to suggest. Thank you for being my mind a step foreward .

 

@toxic.wolf666 The names inside the file must match exactly the group name. It is also case sensitive. So if the group is called 'Admins' you cant put 'admins=54' inside the file.
I can add superperms/PermissionsBukkit support, yes.

@Kardocraft thx, but it was not really my idea. Someone made that suggestion somewhere in this thread.

 

I have double, probably triple checked the group names and I am 100% sure they are correct - case and all.
I do believe that it may be the Permissions thing causing the problem I mentioned earlier.

Suggestion:
A way to "overstack" items, so say you wanted to store 10,000 cobblestone, it would all be in one stack still. I know Minecraft wont show a number over 127 but thats not a huge deal, you'll still know when you're running low.

Alternatively, using Spout client you can have more than one page, and when open pressing [ and ] would cycle to the next page of your bank. Config would specify how many pages of a bank a player is allowed (any number, and 0 is unlimited)

 

ehm.. lol!
I dropped this plugin in the plugin folder and restarted the server.
but then ALL the chests on my server where empty everytime you opened them.
so now many people lost there items and I can't use this plugin...

any tip to avoid this?

 

Any plan to add EssentialsEconomy support? I don't use iConomy but I still want to be able to use an economy plugin for this. Great looking plugin though

Problem. To start with it worked fine for me, but other players couldn't open it. I discovered I hadn't set up the permissions yet (derp), but when I set up the permissions (Gave default gcb.access), it broke. It no longer says the name of the player at the top of the chest GUI, itjust says "Chest" or "Large chest", and items can only be accessed in the chest which was originally used. Any fix for this?

 

my request:

/gcb pay <name> <item> <amount>
only working as long as the item is in the gcb ofcourse.

 

@Flenix I don't know wheter it is possible to have a stack of more than 64, never thougth of that nor tested it. Besides this would require that the clients have Spout installed. For now i don't want to do that. But in fact a nice idea.

@dralletje I need a little bit more information, e.g. which version are you using and if the problem still occurs after restarting or just once. Wheter you mean chests like normal chests or bankchests, error logs etc.

@jimbobt123 I may add EssentialsEconomy support with a future version.
For your problem, like above: i need a little more information. Also which permission plugin and version you are using. And if you can post me the log from when you start the server.

running bukkit v 1060, downloaded the Globachest 2.0 version.

And no im not talking about BankChest i mean all entirelly all normal chests got completely wiped no more items left in them, now i got over 30 people crying non stop...

 

Dont you make back ups?

 

I have no explanation for this issue, but i will look into it.
Does this happen everytime you restart or just once?

@Kardocraft mhmm, this error occurs when you have an empty account file. since this is normally not possible i havent thought about it. I will update the update tool^^

Ok maybe im silly but it dont works, i place a single chest (I also tryed it with a large chest) and tipe in /gcb add, it tells me Bank added, i open it and its only like the small chest. When i place another chest as a bank it dont have my items inside.

 

Normally it works. Check your Spout/Bukkit version, check for error logs and check wheter your name is displayed in the left upper corner of the bankchest when you open it.
You should also check if the folder in the plugins directory was created and wheter there is a file with your ingame name in the accounts directory.

I am having the same issue.
@RedFoxRedl The problem is that once an item is put into a chest and you exit the chest, it immediately deletes any item that was stored. This happened to be every time i had 2.0 installed, so i switched back to v.1.2.3. Im running permissions 3.1.6 with gcb 2.0.

I hope you get it fixed soon, i need the permissions for different groups to have different sized chests =p

I tried the dev 2.0 version but when I type any command he doesnt do nothing. But he is not saying that the server doesnt know that command.

The new dev build 2.0.1 is available. I have hopefully fixed the bug which was emptying chests. It would be nice if you could confirm or deny it.

@Kardocraft: The commands are all ingame commands, so try to use them as a player. Also check wheter there is some hint in the server log. I havent changed the mechanics of the commands, so if 1.2.3 worked for you, 2.0 should also work.

 

Lol I checked my server log and I found that with starting the server their were errors with the GCB plugin. So that is the reason why the commands didnt work.
