Question Im looking for a plugin!

Hello, please help me with this, Im looking for a plugin that is some sort of a art / text plugin. Its possible to put it on walls and type any text you want, i have a picture of it, the text is in Swedish but its still shows the point.
It can be any different size and the OP of the server can type anything they want on them, its really cool.
Whats the name of the plugin / how to make that work?

Based on the picture it seems to be a map of a chunk with the text loaded on it. There might be a plugin that generates the text to put on a map.

I did some googling. Try this and if it doesn't work I can look around more.

 

If the plugin above doesn't work for the version you have on your server you can always try Sketch Map.
