Plugin Help I'm looking for a plugin, please help.

I'm looking for a plugin. The plugin should work. When I form a mafia, that mafia must attack me from everything else.
The same must apply to other players. My point is, everybody will buy mobs. And these mobs will protect them from other monsters and players. I need which plugins to install this system. And what to do with these plugins.

Note: for this system to be able to perform '' faction '', '' clan '', etc. I can use systems. I just want to be the system. I try and do all the toilets. Meanwhile the minecraft game version does not matter but if you get 1.8 you get
