If (in zone) then (moar permissions)?

    Trying to have a creator(ish) zone on my server instead of making an entirely new world. Is there an addon, that would work with Essential's group manager, that would...

    (if the user stepped in a creator zone)
    -save the user's "normal" inventory
    -autorun a /clearinventory command
    -allow them to use /item

    (if the user stepped out of a creator zone)
    -autorun a /clearinventory command
    -disable the /item command
    -bring back the user's saved inventory

    Is this possible at the moment or am I hoping for too much?
