Identify plugin name

There's a plugin I'm after that is on all the popular servers and I want it to put on my test/hobby server. I will attach an image. As you see this plugin shows Mineplex in big gold writing which is holographic and displays messages. I really want to know the name or if anyone can send me a link that'll be great

Hinginator That is part of the new protocol in 1.8 called titles. I doubt there are any public plugins implementing it yet but I would look on spigot.

I searched on spigot and I found it! Search up TitleMOTD on google. Comes up first entry. Tested and works on 1.8.1 !
