   So I'm trying to right a werewolf vs vampires plugin, and I was wondering how do I use the werewolf plugin by DoggyOnFire without downloading the source code from the web.

   Unless it has a developer hook in, and is meant to be built against, there are very round about ways of doing it and using it as a dependency. But it probably won't work or will be terribly hard to code because it wasn't meant for it. I suggest you ask the dev if he/she is still around
