i need help with new towny server.

ok, so i have a new towny server in progress. i don't know what i still need to get or change. and im not sure how to go about some things.
i have:
groupmanager
worldedit
nocheatplus
iconomy
noswear
antiX
lockette
mulitiverse-core
vitifier
worldguard
essentials
lift
essentialsprotect
towny
essentialsspawn
multiverse-portals
vanishnopacket
enjin
chestshop
essentialschat
essentialsantibuild

in my server i have the initial spawn and then a portal to the towny start area. it is just like an open area protected 200x200.
i would like to implement maybe some sort of minigame like tnt run also.
i want there to be an economy for the towny so users can trade and buy and have shops.


so can anyone help me?
