Solved I need Help to make a charged crossbow ItemStack

Can someone tell me how to create an ItemStack wich is a charged crossbow.
I've serched on the Internet and all that I found was that I ned tu use CrossbowMeta.
So iv anyone knoks how to do this please help me =)

Yes, I've searched the Internet, but since I got the idea that it had something to do with the CrossbowMeta, I've focused my search on it. On the other hand, it is not always that easy to find exactly the right keywords that Google then processes. The sequence of keywords alone changes the search result drastically.
But thank you for your Help =)
