I can't seem to solve this and neither can my staff

    I'm running a server on a 1.7.10 pack and I've been looking for some plugins and I eventually settled on Essientials. I asked my staff if they could put them where they needed to be (I know very little about plugins in 1.7.10) but my staff only knew about things from 1.10 as did I. So my current problem is the plugins won't run. I've put them in the already created plugins folder and the mods folder (I've seen that work sometimes) I also made a folder in the mods folder called 'Plugins' (I've also seen that work but only in 1.10) so I wanted to know where to put the plugins.
