Hey, I remember I joined A Server, Can't Remember The Name, But It was A long time ago... Anyway I remember it had a plugin which to prevent spam, It did not let players send more than 1 message every three seconds. I want this plugin for my server but cannot for the life of me remember the name. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks!

Yeah, I searched A ton through the bukkit plugin list under things like nospam, antispam etc only found a bunch of useless ones, I'll check yours now
