Hello everyone, I have a minecraft 1.16.5 server, the spawn is in another world, in the sky, it's on the spawn that I can't do anything, I can't open the donation case, I can't break there, although I have all the rights, and spawn-protection is at 0, I can only open NPCs if I go to the portal which teleports to a random location, then I can perform all actions in a random location, what could be the problem?
