First off, i have been running my server for about a year now and have never had this problem until about 2 weeks ago.

    Problem:
I cannot connect to my own server.
All of my friends can connect to my server.
Server wont appear online in multiplayer screen

    What i have done:
    Check local host IP.
Tried connecting to server's local IP and the actual IP
Tried adding the local IP to the server IP in config.
Using another account from same network.
Updating to most recent reliable build (Beta/Recommended)
    Restart server.
    Remove all plugins.
    Clear white list.
    Clear ban list.
Changed my permission group to one of a player that can log in.
Remove all recently installed programs (Teamviewer 7, WinPcap, and Net Tools)
Double check most recent Reliable build (Beta/Recommended)
    Update all plugins.
    Restore my MC to vanilla.
    Turn off port forwarding.
Turn off DUC30 (program to allow player to connect to my IP through a host-name. For example, players connecting to Minecraft.no-ip.com)
    Reset router/modem.
    Restart server computer.
    Restart my computer.
    Waiting it out..
    +a few others...

Sorry for the long list of things i have done, but i wanted to show that i have actually tried troubleshooting this on my own. However, it appears Ive run out of options.

What haven't i tried? Please help!

What have you typed in the server.properties file? Or in the minecraft server tabs? Maybe it's because u typed something wrong?
