Plugin Request I am looking for a good head hunting plugin

    mob and player heads have configurable drop rate
    player heads sell for confiqurable amount of there balance
    mob heads sell for a set price
    they can be sold with a command or a sign either works

    anyone know any plugins like this if not can someone make me one?
