Plugin Help Hunger games plugin

Alright there is so many hunger games plugins and I can seem to find the one I'm looking for.
I want a HungerGame/SurvivalGame Plugin that will allow mining and building. All these plugins have these "chest" hunting and it's not for me. I just want to be able to jump on, 2 minutes before game starts, use a kit and run around breaking blocks and crafting gear. similar to the one from Project X Craft. (hub.prxcraft.com)

The best way to get this could be to create it or have someone create it for you. You're looking for something highly specific and most likely there isn't one that will allow all of this. I haven't done any research on this, and there might be one, just not that I know of.
