Hub PvP Plugin

Plugin Name: HubPvP

Hi, i am looking for a plugin that spawns a Diamond Sword in your inventory and when you hold the diamond sword it automatically puts on Iron Armor on you and you can fight other players that are holding their diamond sword. Then, when you don't hold it, it says that its leaving PvP Mode in 3 seconds, and after 3 seconds, people can't hit you anymore. Yes, you do take damage. And please can their be a feature where i can edit the color codes.

(when you hold the diamond sword)
Leaving PvP Mode in 3 seconds...
(Leaving PvP Mode, goes down from 3, 2, 1)2
PvP is now OFF
