Plugin Help Hub Help!

I am truly sorry but, I am new and need help. Alright, so I want to make a hub server in which the hub is the main world. I am using Hub Essentials and Multiverse to do so. I know that I should have gotten my items because of the /hub but nothing is happening. Nothing appears in my inventory. Also, the jump effects and the speed effects are not happening either. I already went through the config and I could not find nothing wrong with it.

 

Ok, here is what you should do. Get worldgaurd. Get PressurePush. Learn to use beacons. Set up spawn, protect it, and set up PressurePush and give players the perms. If you want people to use signs to get to different worlds, try enabling the warp signs in essentials config, and if you want portals, get multiverse portals. Also if you are new to this as so say, make sure you take out Essentials Anti-Build if you havent already.
