How to update a VeryGames server

    Might be a dumb question, but when I login it says "The version of CraftBukkit that this server is running on is out of date. Please consider updating to the latest version at dl.bukkit.org.

    I have the latest version downloaded, I just don't know where to put the file. I'm so used to my Hamachi server where you just have the file on your desktop.
