Question how to transfer nether world and end world info?

So my problem is that i have a single player world that i want to transfer to the bukkit server that is working fine. but when i do that my nether and end do not have all the work i did in them. i noticed that there are 2 more files then my single player world has witch is "world_the_end" and "world_nether". how do i get those files to show up when i transfer a personal save file from my minecraft saves to the bukkit server?
