Solved How to stop a player from building outside a WorldGuard region

    set the region flag build to allow
    the set the global region's flag build to deny

    so its
    /rg flag <region to allow building> build allow
    /rg flag __global__ build deny

    thats 2 underscores on each side of the word global

    No coding needed
