Question How to set no permission messages

I wanted to try something for fun. For example what I want to do is when a player does a command like /gamemode it says [You must be a moderator to do this]. Its nothing important but I just want to try something new Thanks!

@hague5 You can reply to the thread if someone else has, or if it has been 24 hours since your last reply.

MessageFilter essentially checks chat for the input message, such as "You do not have permission to do that." and will replace it with what you want, such as "[You must be a moderator or greater to do this]".

 

I don't know why but it is not downloading in my plugins folder
