Question How to save a world in a same world folder?

    Usually, when making a new world on Bukkit, there will be 3 world folders made: world, world_nether, world_the_end.
    Well last time, I changed the game rule "keepInventory" in the overworld to ensure I don't fall into the void in the end while building a farm, unaware that it actually doesn't affect the other 2 dimensions. And then, a tragedy happened - I lost my whole inventory and I had to delete the world (since I lost my power on the server, so lame).
    Is there an option to save a world in the same folder (so that all 3 dimensions have a synchronised level.dat, uid.dat, etc.) and I don't have to manually change a game rule in all 3 dimensions?

    @Longie520 No, as that would overwrite the chunks as well.
