   Dear all,
   
   I have recently been having trouble getting auto message to run the json messages with a link attached that would take people to a website. Instead, I get this: *See attached file* These are my config files *See other attached files*
   
   Is there anything that can be done to get the gray areas out of it and the click to work because no when it is clicked, nothing happens.

   Try getting rid of the single quotes. I believe that the config is trying to read the JSON but if it has a single quote it assumes it's a string and returns the whole thing.
   
   Try removing the ' on everyone of the JSON parsing

   @OfficerDeveloper JSON is a String, so the single quotes are fine.
