   Ok, so i downloaded the essentials plugin, and now i am wanting to edit some features of it, such as toggle sign permissions and such. When i go to open the config.yml file, if i simply double click, it says windows cannot open it. If i open with free file viewer, i cannot make any changes to the text. What can i do to be able to edit the config.yml file?

   Download something such as http://notepad-plus-plus.org/download/v6.1.8.html (Notepad ++)
   Once downloaded, right click the config.yml file and click the option "Edit with Notepad++" and it will be editable and in its proper format.
