   How would i go about giving other plugins priority. Like allowing another plugin handle mob spawning instead of PTweaks doing it, so the other plugin or anything gets priority over the matter.
   Much like Essentials does with commands.

   You'll probably have to check for a specific plugin, and don't do anything if that plugin exists. I'm not sure of a better way when there's not an event to cancel.

   Yeah but how about disabling the entire class if another plugin that handles it is present instead of just putting low priority?
