How to get 1.16.1 set up in Intellij

    I am trying to program with IntelliJ and I know how to get the 1.8.8 version, but I don't know how to get it for 1.16.3. I have tried using build tools but every time I try to run the program it displays an error: Error: Unable to access jarfile BuildTools.jar
