Solved How to fix this crash?

    I get these messages before a crash:

    Code:
    14.11 19:16:19 [Server] WARN Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded? Running 2825ms behind, skipping 56 tick(s)
    Code:
    14.11 19:18:04 [Server] FATAL Considering it to be crashed, server will forcibly shutdown.
14.11 19:18:04 [Server] FATAL A single server tick took 60.00 seconds (should be max 0.05)
    How do i fix this? I saw another post on the same problem (https://bukkit.org/threads/cant-keep-up-and-skips-ticks.238069/) But that didn't help me at all.
