Solved How to edit individual permissions?

When my friends are on my server, I keep one of them in builder, and he cant open doors for some reason. I would also like to set who can jail who. Does anyone know which file I go to for this?

What'd you change?

I know. The builder is named citizen as a prefix. It's more of a city server not a freebuild.

 

deleted spaces between groups, and changed builder from build: false to build: true

 

Do they need build for doors? If so, thats unfortunate. I wan't people to use the server like a city, so they need to open like house and hop door, but not place blocks.

 

you need something with more precise build handling, such as towny, or factions
