How to add basic comands to groupusers

    Hey i have a donator system and i need to give them the /item and /tp commmand (/tp name1 name2) from the vaniller server.jar. i am running craft bukit 432 with groups users. ive tried /manuaddp blughblugh /item and /manuaddp blughblugh .item?? help me how do i add these commands to these people?

    ok i got /tphere to him by doing /manuaddp blughblugh essentials.tphere

    what would i do for item?

    like what.item? help?
