8-12 Gb should be enough in most conditions. You can probably get away with 4-6 Gb if you are optimized enough.

Well I have managed to get 40 players on 1Gb and 21 plugins. I have also managed to get 100 players with 2.5gb and 21 plugins, I have optimised mine very well. But since you have more than one world you will need more so 6GB should be enough.

 

A server doesn't need more than 5GB RAM.

 

This (while a little absolutist) will work for you.

 

I can do this quite easily. Most people cannot properly optimize a server which is why I recommend so much.

 

20-30 plugins = 2-3gb ram
100 player = 2gb-4gb extra ram

Around 5-7gb should be enough.

 

Ram is not the problem when you have 100+ people, it's CPU. 5gigs is enough.

 

Xeons will do the job.
