How i can make players break blocks but cant use commands.

    Hello! im making a crap UHC server xd, and i want players break blocks but i dont want to use commands. But if i put /op (username) that player will break blocks and use commands. how i can make a player break blocks but cant use commands? sry for bad english im south american

    If you have bukkit installed, get Worldguard!
    With Worldguard, you can set "passthrough" to True to allow anybody to build.
    This will not change command permissions.
    (Install WorldEdit first, Worldguard needs it.)
