   Oathdynasty

   Some plugins tell me to add permissions. Well I don't want to touch the permissions file until I know how to do it.
   
   Now is it like this...
   
   Oathdynasty plugin.allow.action; plugin2.allow.action
   Player 2 plugin3.allow.action
   
   That would be my guess. but I'm probably wrong. Please help, and thanks in advance for the reply.

   if he is referring to the permissions.yml in root bukkit directory that does not go there.
